Leading up to your session or celebration, I’ll work closely with you to plan out the details, whether that means choosing meaningful locations, coordinating with family, or simply deciding what moments you most want remembered. Think of me as both your storyteller and your guide, making the experience feel natural and effortless while ensuring every milestone, big or small, is beautifully preserved.
PLANNING & PREPARATION
When we’re with you at a session or celebration, our goal is simple: to capture the heart of the moment as it naturally unfolds. From small details like candles being lit or a gentle hug, to milestone moments filled with joy, we’ll be there without ever disrupting the flow of the day. We’ll step in with guidance when you need it, but most of all, we’ll make sure every memory feels authentic and true to you.
THE BIG DAY
Once your session is complete, I take time to sort through every photo and video, selecting the moments that capture the heart of your celebration. From there, I edit with care, bringing out the colors, balancing the light, and weaving the details into a narrative that feels true to you. When finished, your gallery will be filled with images and films that feel natural, joyful, and ready to be shared with the people you love most.

Legacy Films are short, documentary-style videos designed to preserve the heart and soul of your story. Troy and I hired Shaneika when we decided to renew our vows for our 10 year wedding anniversary in Kauai. I decided I REALLY wanted a video as we never got one for our wedding day. WOW what a treat it was. The video is breathtaking and everything we wanted and more. I also asked Shaneika if she would include a few photos as our families were all coming from Canada to meet us in Hawaii, she captured us perfectly and they are all so special to look back at. Shaneika's talent speaks for itself but what you can't see from the photos / videos is how amazingly sweet she is. SO accommodating and kind. I would HIGHLY recommend her!!
